They don’t even deserve ONE star! We had problems with our filter and they tried to sell us a new one. When we checked with the manufacturer we noticed it had a warranty that expired two weeks back. They didn’t even know! When I asked why they didn’t tell us in the beginning—I was told “do you know how many customers we have?” When I said, “not this one! The woman replied “ oh, what a loss and hung up!” Guess they don’t need any more customers nor do they need to provide decent customer service! Taking my business elsewhere!

Design is poor. Cannot pay anyone else to even close it out of fear of being liable for damaging it. When initially installed they left broken left broken gauge Place rather than put in working one because we had another gauge at other location. Once done with build just left with no instructions on how to operate or maintain. Crappy parts and poor design have caused cleaner to never work. Heater has failed before even 1 yr old. Thoroughly disappointed. Do not buy from these guys.

Worst service experience we've had in many, many years. Horrible. The 2-man crew showed up on the assigned day, but we were met immediately with a horrible attitude from the lead crew member. When we asked he if he could talk us through the steps and tells us what he was doing, he actually said, and I'm quoting here, "I don't have time to stand around here for an extra hour." He then embarked on a rant, complaining about how "the shop" gives him soooo much to do everyday, how he barely has time to get it all in and etc., etc., etc. (He could have used the time he spent ranting on explaining what he was doing with our pool equipment!) This was why I took the afternoon off of work to be there with him, after all the assurances from the people on the phone -- and then this guy just blows us off!!! Then there were leaks in the pool pump/filter. The crew chief went into another rant about how his normal truck was "broke down" (sic), and he didn't have with him what he needed to make the repairs. He was angry because now he had to work more. Without explaining what he had done, he said that someone from the shop would let us know when they would be back and he would take care of leaks. 2 days later, my babysitter called to let me know that the pools guys had shown up -- NO ONE CALLED US TO TELL US THEY WERE COMING!!! I would have made arrangements to be there. In fact, they just let themselves in the back yard through the garage! OUTRAGEOUS!! Then, without so much as saying "Hello" to my babysitter and daughter who were on the deck that afternoon, the repairs were apparently made, the pool guys left and WE HAD NO IDEA WHAT THEY HAD DONE, HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST, WHAT ELSE NEEDED DONE, and can we use our pool now or not? 2 weeks later we got the bill. 3 times the estimate for what we had ordered -- a pool opening. No one called us to talk about what repairs were necessary, to offer us the opportunity to accept or decline the repairs, nor to let us know that the repairs were completed or what the status of our pool was at that point. Keep in mind, we're new to owning a pool. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. I do NOT recommend this provider.

I had a leak in the pool, a vinyl liner in-ground pool, and they came out and fixed it for me in one hour. It was really hard to find someone that would fix a vinyl liner pool, but they did a great job and were very efficient.
