The demo crew showed as promised and went right to work removing the old roofing. They made pretty quick work of it and even spent a good amount of time going around the house and picking up nails and other small debris. The install went just as smoothly with all of the work completed on time. And again, Bill and his son spent quite a bit of time picking up nails and other small debris around the house and then went around a couple more times with a magnet. Very professional, very thorough, and very dependable.
I have used Winchester Home Pros for two large projects on my house and both times they delivered outstanding service and outstanding quality. I don't call anyone else for home improvement projects unless Bill refers me to them.
For both the window removal and install and the siding removal and install, they showed up when they promised they would and worked long and hard to complete the project.
The second stage of the project was the removal and installation of the siding. The removal of the old masonite siding went well and the house was then Tyvex wrapped. Despite an early snow, the siding project continued and was completed on time. The ONLY complaint I had was that the installers did a pretty poor job of lining up the attic fans, which were already installed, with the siding vents. This caused an air flow problem through the attic and we developed a moisture problem.
The BEST thing about having Winchester Home Pros do this is that Bill Joyce stands by his work. I called Bill and informed him of the situation, and he came back out in the spring and lined up the vents properly. No complaints, no charges. He made it right! Because of his OUTSTANDING customer service, I have Winchester Home Pros on speed dial and recommend them every chance I get. He may not be the cheapest, but I am happy to pay a little extra for a local contractor who stands by his work.
I requested immediate service for a roof leak in 2010, he promptly responded, and repaired it at a very reasonable price.
