Kevin was deliberate but slow in fixing overflow - had to go to local hardware store for parts - extra 45 minutes.

Kevin is the perfect plumber to calm you. He has a great sense of humor. The problem was diagnosed and fixed within half an hour. Since he works for himself he isn't pressured by a big company to oversell.

Very well. Kevin looked at broken part, ordered new part and then installed when in. Also filled my water softening tank on repair visit.

I was at the hospital with my sister who was having her second baby and my husband was at home with our 2 year old. I made an frantic call to Kevin Hoover and he was at our house within hours and saved the day. He was friendly and explained everything he was doing. I would absolutely call on him again for any of our plumbing needs.
