I contracted with this company to fix a leak from my bathroom that presents itself in the kitchen below. They reinstalled the shower and retiled the floors, I paid them $9,000 for their work. After the same leak reappeared in the kitchen they have failed to stand by their work.

He and his crew arrived promptly every morning at 7am (weather permitting) and wouldn't leave until the roof was closed up in case of rain. It did rain a couple time during the project and no leaks were experienced because of his preventative measures. They protected all the trees, shrubs, and flowers around the house so no damage would occur. They did excellent work around the chimney and repointed the mortar. New aluminum was installed where needed. This contractor is very meticulous and took very good care of our old house. The roof peak was 32 feet. The entire job was finished in 10 days. He was very open to our concerns and corrected anything without argument or clearly explained why it was done a certain way. He doesn't allow swearing by his crew and ensures they pick up their cigarette butts. This contractor is truly a professional.
