Hot water heater was having trouble keeping up with even a second shower (it's old). Outside faucet leaked and piping was bent. Upstairs toilet float valve system broke.
Mr. Hanson replied to my contact immediately. He arrived promptly as scheduled for the estimate, explained all in detail, then worked diligently with me to get proper authorization from my warranty company.
He was very careful of the interior of my house, laying out dropcloths to work, tidying up after his work, offering to remove his shoes, offering to vacuum the little amount of dust from the drywall work, etc. He tested the various sinks, faucets, etc,, explained to me what would be normal to see/hear as the pipes cleared out the air, etc. after the water heater installation.
He followed up with a call that evening to be sure all was well. He gave me a day or two to use the system, then came back for the hose bibb repair and made any water heater adjustments (temperature) and explained in detail how to clean the system.
I would not hesitate to use Mr. Hanson's services for other needs. He is a general contractor who can do many things but his specialties are interior remodeling and plumbing. I have already had him look at some interior work I need done. He is sharp and personable, very competent, knowledgeable, and professional.
