A list was given to cleaners of what needed to be done in order to have the house cleaned. I went back later in the evening to check this house and it looked as if it was never touched. Please note however that this house did have a lot of stink bugs and they did get all of them up, but they were asked to wash down the walls and the windows as well as the window sills of where these bugs had been, they did not, the 1/2 bathroom did not get cleaned, they did not even clean behind the refrigerator after I pulled it out for them. The fireplace was not even swept, they just left the pile of dirt liek it belonged there. The bedroom windows were not even touched. They did sweep and mop the floors but were still dirty. I had used this copany many times and was very disappointed in their ability to provide thier service this time. We as a government business will not be using this company again. The owner of the company is a very pleasant person, but I believe that the workers need better supervision when cleaning homes.
