My vehicle had stalled and would not restart and was left in a parking lot about a quarter of a mile from my home. I called to have it towed to an auto repair facility. The dispatcher was very courteous and told me exactly how many towing requests were ahead of mine and gave me an approximate time that the driver would arrive. Since the vehicle was away from my home, the dispatcher told me that the tow driver would call when he was about to arrive at the vehicle. He called within 15 minutes of the time the dispatcher estimated he would arrive. The tow driver was very courteous and professional and quickly had my vehicle hooked up and ready to tow. The vehicle was delivered safely to the repair facility. I was able to pay the tow bill through the auto repair shop, which was very convenient.

I took my car in for a tune up. My air filter was a K and N permanent filter. I've taken my car to the quick oil change places before and never had this problem. But Clem's seemed unable to read the large sticker on my air filter box that states "Do not change this filter". They took out my expensive permanent air filter and charged me for a disposable cheap one. My cars don't go back there!
