Exceptionally efficient and effective. He's very professional, extremely helpful and fast. He's paid by the hour and does not waste time getting to the service requested and completes it. Basically, gets the job done in the least time and without leaving any loose ends. Offers valuable advise and recommendations as he proceeds. When he leaves, your computer is ready to get your job done reliably, the way you want it, or you know why.

They provided a very good service for a very reasonable price. I was surprised to find someone to make a house call and charge what they did. I have not had the problems I had before the repair.
