Nothing was wet or moldy at the time of inspection, so ASAP's remediation services were not needed but I know who to call if I have any more leaks. Kevin did as advertised (Free inspection) and went beyond by recommending a top-rated roofer. I don't have to tell you how refreshing it is to have a contractor return your call promptly and come to the jobsite the next day. Others never even returned my call.

Kevin was very concerned with the health of the elderly occupant of the home. He was able to work the job in between other jobs. He was patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. He sealed off the contaminated area. Then wearing a hazmat suit, he removed all mold infested construction materials in the bathroom. He also treated the bathroom completely with fungicide then treated the air to remove spores in the remainder of the basement. He was very thorough and neat. I would recommend him for anyone who has had water damage in their home.
