It went excellently. Alice and her crew are terrific!! All they do is done very professionally and completely. They are prompt and responsive to the needs of the customer. They aim to please and do so.

A crew of three arrived, including Alice. It went very quickly and thoroughly. I was very impressed with the quality and the speed with which Alice and her crew cleaned. Everyone was polite and professional, and they did an outstanding job! I was so impressed that I signed up for bi-monthly housecleaning! I would definitely recommend Alice.

I've been having Alice Whirley Cleaning coming every two weeks for just about a year now, and I can honestly say they're one of the few aspects of my life right now that I can count on to make my life easier and relieve stress (as opposed to finding ways to generate more). Because my mom was always obsessive about cleaning, I like to live in an extremely clean environment - but frankly, I stink at doing it myself. I'm slow at it and easily distracted, and it takes me forever and I just don't have the time - so Ms. Whirley and her team are godsends for me.
The teams usually number two to three people. As noted elsewhere, they work quickly and efficiently. Although they are always friendly, they don't dawdle and chit chat - they work like machines. Personally, I'm grateful for that. I work at home and I don't want folks lurking around all day when I'm on client calls or whatever. When I come out from my office to pay, the house looks and smells fantastic. Cobwebs gone, pet hair vacuumed off all the couches and chairs, not a bit of muck or mildew in the tubs and sinks, bacon and sausage grease splatter disappears from the range (and I really like a lot of bacon....)
I admit that when I first started using them, I wondered how they could get it done so fast (and quietly timed them), but they have NEVER caused damage to my things and only once in the past year did I ever find one small thing they missed and once I pointed it out, it was never missed again. My mom and my sister can't say the same about the individuals or companies they've used over the years.
If you do the math for time, number of people, gas, and the fact that they bring their own supplies and equipment, the price is a steal - to the extent that I feel guilty about it and give a big tip because I think they're undercharging.
In addition - and unlike chain companies - I'm dealing with human beings, not corporate policies. If possible, they rearrange their schedule to accommodate a disruption in mine. They will do additional tasks beyond the basic house cleaning for a modest additional charge if given advanced notice. For me, they've done all my windows and they sparkled. I plan on asking them for a few extra things in the future as well. So the service is never One Size Fits All.
Since I moved into this area three years ago (and into my kind of remotely located house) I've had trouble getting good service for this or that home or yard issue, so I feel incredibly lucky I took a chance on them, I'm deeply grateful to them for being people I can trust and count on, and I strongly recommend them without any reservations.

They always missed behind the toilet, left mildew around sink faucets we caught them not cleaning everything. They would spend about 1.5 hour in the house and there is no way things were getting cleaned

Alice and her crew do a very nice job. I am so glad I found them. They use the natural cleaning products that I request. I really like that it's always Alice, her daughter, and another employee at each visit, so I am able to get to know who is cleaning my house. Because it is a three person crew, the job is done quickly and well. Alice and her ladies are as sweet as they can be. Thank you, Alice!

She did a really good job. She got the bathrooms and the kitchens ready to go. She got the whole house ready for us to move in. It was very nice and clean. She took a little extra time and really scrubbed down the master bath, which was very, very dirty. She did a really great job in the bathrooms.

Alice and her team did a fantastic job and did so much more than I ever expected. As a result I am having her come to clean every other week. There were rooms that I assumed she was not going to enter because of the total disorganization. Not only did she enter them, she organized the mess and cleaned them too. The cleaning itself was great. All of the areas she cleaned looked great and smelled fresh after she left. Alice did not finish cleaning all of the predetermined areas before she had to leave, so we decided to schedule a later date for her to return. She said I could pay her a partial amount and then the rest later on. I was pleased with the work so I added on tips, which ended up being more than the quoted price for the cleaning. I had called her to schedule a new time, and she said she would call me the day before to figure out a timeframe. I hadn't heard from her so I called the morning she was scheduled to come and clean. She had misplaced my number and we rescheduled for the next week. Same plan, she said she would call the day before to lock in a timeframe. I have not heard from her at all. The cleaning was great, but having to call her on multiple occasions to try and confirm a time--only to not have her come out was very disappointing. It was also very frustrating as I had taken the day off from work so that I could be home.

Alice and her daughter Annie are excellent cleaners. They are thorough, courteous, and have good knowledge about how to clean and cleaning products. Their price is reasonable. If they choose to expand, we encourage them to choose their staff carefully, because they have a quality, courtesy and professionalism that is important to protect.

Alice and her daughter Anne did a very nice job. My house is 3500 sq ft 4 BR, 4.5 baths and too big for 2 people. I work full time and tried to keep up with it and ended up letting a lot of things go undone. One being the windows they were soooo dirty they had to clean some twice. Another was my bathroom shower - it was soooooo dirty because of the hard water and Alice got is sparkling clean. Thanks Ladies

We first had the owner come by and give us a quote, she discussed how they would clean each room and what products would be used. When they came for the first cleaning, they were quick and efficient and left everything looking great.

We have been using them for about 3 months now and we like them. We have been completely satisfied thus far. The will clean and do anything that you ask them to do.

It went really well. They were on time, very nice, and polite. I actually had to leave for a little while, and when I came back everything looked great. Nothing was disturbed so they are very trustworthy as well.

We were very pleased with the results. We've used several cleaning companies in the past and they were always hit or miss. Some of their employees did quality work and some definitely did not...unfortunately you never knew who you were going to get. I've set up a schedule for bi-weekly cleanings with Alice as a result of her work in our two homes and I look forward to working with her.
Our new home had already been cleaned by the construction crew's cleaning company but it wasn't great. There was still a lot of dust and it was obvious that it had been rushed. Alice went back over everything and did a wonderful job. She paid close attention to details and picked up things that the other company obviously missed, forgot, or just didn't care to complete.
Our old rental was definitely a big job as we'd been packing on and off for the last month and neglecting basic cleaning. The house looked amazing when Alice was done! She got everything...the oven window, the vents, the ceiling fans, the mini-blinds...Her efforts helped us to get our security deposit back in full which was really important to us.
I highly recommend Alice's services. She obviously takes great care and pride in her work and it shows!!
