The telephone was answered on mobile - advised my call would be returned to set up an appt. Call was returned and appt scheduled within three days. Technicians arrived at scheduled time. Technicians shook my hand and introduced themselves which is seldom done any more.
Initially thought the motor was bad because the augur was moving very sluggishly. Sprayed WD40 on augur and motor parts; cleaned the pellet stove and external pipe. Motor and augur started feeding at the appropriate level. Told me that if it stopped feeding, then I would probably have to order a motor, call and they would order the motor. The stove has not stopped working.
I will start using them for regular cleaning at the end of the burning period.

They were knowledgeable, courteous and very professional.
