It went very well. I'd actually just gone in for a style, but asked if he had time to lighten my hair a bit. He glanced at his appointment log and said, "No problem." I've been going to Grail for close to ten years now. I followed him when he started his new business after leaving Hi-Tech Day Spa and Salon. I've never once had a reason to complain about his work. He always does a great job, he offers interesting conversation and his shop has an unusual look that definitely fits Grail's style.
