It's a shame because the bathroom did look great. However, other people can do the same thing within the time that they state. I would not recommend South River Contracting! I will never use them again!!
"The home owner didn't move out on the third as stated, it was two weeks later. The bathroom shower area was engulfed in mold, due to extensive leaking from the shower and toilet over a long period of time. Therefore the floor joists and studs had to be dried out before treated. The area was treated twice for mold remediation, which works as it drys not just because it was sprayed on and covered up. The storm door was broke on my arrival to give the estimate. The upcharge on the final bill was $ 65.00 arising from stud reinforcement, which was noted that it wasn't included in the final price if it was needed to be done."
