Sams Hotdog Stand

When I approached the business my first sight was a young woman sitting about three feet from the door of the establishment in a lawn chair, talking loudly on her cell phone.  I then entered the establishment and was struck by how dirty it appeared.  Another young woman was waiting on customers in the drive through and she indicated she would be right with me.  The other young woman from the lawn chair and cell phone soon entered.  Both young women were dressed extremely unprofessionally and sloppily in short shorts and tank tops, one whose brazaire was exposed.  The cell phone woman told the brazaire woman she would take over and she then took a pair of food preparation gloves that were the green of a hefty bag out and proceeded to struggle to get them on.  She finally announced "I hate these things!" ripped them off and began to prepare the drive through customer's order without the plastic gloves nor did I observe her wash her hands even though she had just been outside talking on a cell phone and smoking.  I watched her place two hot dog buns into the microwave with her bare hands.  Meanwhile and adorable little boy kept driving his tricycle out of the back area behind the counter where food preparation was going on and both young women stopped what they were doing several times to deal with him including touching him and his vehicle and not washing their hands.  The brazaire young woman waited on me and she was very friendly.  I ordered a chili cheese dog and noticed they had macaroni and cheese listed on their menu.  I asked her if the macaroni and cheese was any good and she assured me it was wonderful so I ordered that to go as well.  I left the establishment and went home.  I had mixed feelings about eating my chili dog but since the lawn chair lady who hadn't washed her hands hadn't prepared it I decided to give it a try.  I found it was in a stale bun and had no cheese on it so I threw it away.  I then turned my attention to the macaroni and cheese which turned out to be a gloppy soup that was disgusting to the taste.  I was extremely displeased that the young lady had told me the macaroni was good when just visually looking at it confirmed what my taste buds agreed with moments later.  That it reeked.  The whole experience was NEGATIVE and I will never go back to Sam's Hotdogs again nor will I recommend them to anyone who asks.  COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
