Drain backed up raw sewage into and out of toilet in basement on Christmas morning. We called and the service man arrived in under two hours. He was professional and efficient, explained things carefully and cleared the drain. He did the work, remounted the toilet, and cleaned the area. They will also be sending another technician with a camera to examine the cast iron line to see if more needs to be done.

Everything went well.

When our septic system backed up it was a dire emergency. No use of water for dishes, bath, or toilets!! So I called around for help early in the evening. Many providers advertised 24 service but only one answered the phone. I had heard the Roto Rooter would be overpriced but they were very reasonable and promised to be here first thing in the morning. They kept there promise and solved all the problems.. Now they will pump my tank every three years and I would not even consider going to another provider

This was a very good experience. They came out faster than I expected. The bill was less than I expected. They did a good job.
