I did research on several contractors, on the Internet and word of mouth. Word of mouth is the best way to go. After a few months of going back and forth with estimates we decided to go with Marshall. They were not the cheapest construction company, but they have the best quality for a reasonable price. We went over options and through the process they very flexible. When we needed to modify the house to fit our budget they did. They started the beginning of March and finished mid August. Again we did do a lot of modifications that slowed down construction and had several weather delays.
