They gave superb service. Bruce was very prompt, responsive, and courteous. He went above and beyond as he not only changed my locks but also helped reset my door since it was dragging to ensure my home was safe and my doors were properly functional. Service person came to the house and changed the locks soon after purchase. He made the comment that we needed additional locks based on where we live (not appreciated), but, overall was pleasant and got the job done promptly.
