Gold's Gym - Staunton

Gym is always clean with Friendly Staff. Many features include large selection of free wights, weight machines, cadrio machines, bike class, group fitness, tanning (never used), child care at the gym (never used), large locker room with shower and sauna. One of the few gyms that I have gone to that have had only a couple if any at all of broken machines. The only downfall of the gym is that Gold's Gym normally requires a contract so if you are not going on a consistent basis this may not be the gym for you.

It is very clean and the staff is fantastic. It is privately owned and it is not a corporate or anything. They actually care about their business. It is very spacious and a large gym for this area. The equipment is very modern. The staff treats me very well. Everybody knows my name as I go there enough which is really nice. They are good to your kids. They have a kids' center there. It is outstanding and they are very responsible. The kids always have a great time when I am working in there. I never feel bad about going and working there for an hour because my kids are thoroughly occupied. Jack is the owner and he is very attentive.
