Two men arrived promptly just a few days after we called. They were friendly, fast, and professional. I'd call them first next time we do a heating project. In hindsight maybe we should have requested they haul the old heaters off (removal was a pain!). Had they offered to do this for an additional fee we'd have readily agreed. It was a good experience.
