The job was done in about 8 hours.  Pleasant and knowledgeable crew of about 6 workers.  Cleaned up and hauled away all old roofing.  Internet communication with Mr. Baber was great!  Recommend to anyone in the Staunton-Augusta County area

They took the old roof off and put a new metal roof on. I've also used them for roofing at a rental property that I have and I had them re-roof a friends house. I've used them 3 times now and had a good experience each time.

Baber put a handsome steel roof on our newly constructed 1600 sq. ft. guest house and garage. Instead of a manufactured cap, which might look out of place on our house, he took the time to hand hammer the ridge seam giving a new building a feeling of some age right away. When the derecho hit here we had peak wind gusts of 108 mph but absolutely no problems at all. During the work he was on site and actively supervising every day. The results show it. We couldn't be more pleased with the work. The price was not cheap, but the excellent work was well worth a little extra cost. It's getting hard to find guys that do the job right just because it's the right thing to do. Baber is one of those guys.
We will be starting construction on our main house in a month or so and will absolutely use Baber again for that project.
Plus he's a really nice guy.

The job went exactly as planned. The degree of professionalism shown by this firm was by far better than any construction firm that I have ever dealt with. Tarps were put down around the house and flower beds each day and removed each night. At the end of each day, with the exception of the building materials, it looked as though nothing was going on at the house. Not only did the work crew do an outstanding job on the roof but they did an exceptionally good job cleaning up. So far my wife has found one nail and I haven't found any and no loose roofing material has come down.
We thought so highly of them and their work that we are having them paint the roof on our small barn.

I contacted Baber Enterprises for a quote on replacing my roof and their
response was quick and friendly. They came out and discussed the job
in detail with me and very kindly caulked some nail holes that were
already causing some leakage into the underlayment. They provided a
prompt quote. It was just slightly higher than another company's quote
but reasonable compared to many others. I ended up going with another
company both for the small savings in cost and because they were available to do the job
very soon. But I liked Baber Enterprises *very much* and would definitely
recommend them and call them again for roof, deck, porch work. Thank
you very much!

I had a leaky roof and he came over, looked at it and didn't want to touch it. Not that I blame him, but I had to find someone to do it. He he cool. I understood what his reasons were.
