Window Service
Stopped by the shop to see about ordering replacement glass for scratched 1900 era windows. I already had a source for the glass in Baltimore but was nervous about ordering it based on my own measurements. Mark Wood (owner) offered to drop by and measure the openings for me which gave me the confidence to go ahead and order the glass. He knew that I planned on installing the glass and doing the glazing myself. He showed up when he said he would, charged a nominal fee and even gave me a number of tips for glazing. Great experience, would recommend his services highly.

The repairs are wonderful. The mirror had come away and he repaired it with no charge even though it had stuck for a considerable period after the previous repair which only cost $10. The windshield was covered by insurance so cannot comment on charges for that. It looks good.

They did not see one of the windows and so they gave me one for free that they did not include with the estimate. It was a good price overall and they did some good work for me. They were easy to work with. They were good people.

I really enjoyed using Augusta to replace the windows in my home. They were very professional and they cleaned up after themselves very well. They told me to let me know if there were any problems and they would take care of them at no charge
