He was very professional and very nice.  He arrived when he said he would, and even called a little before he arrived to let me know he was on his way.  He changed out the faucet fairly quickly.  He gave me a heads up about some helpful things, which I appreciated.  He knew his craft well, and was very knowledgeable.  His price for the work done was perfect.  I have absolutely no complaints, and I would recommend him 100%.  His price was very reasonable.  I was pleased and will use his services again if I ever need them.

I can't say enough positive about Mike Boyle's professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge. He was to arrive between 10a-12p. He called promptly at 10:00 to say he was on his way and arrived 10 mins later. In under 2 hours he pulled out our old dishwasher and installed the new one, tested it out, gave instructions on its use, and advised us on a couple of other plumbing-related issues. He was very courteous and friendly. He thoroughly cleaned up the work space and even cleaned up debris left behind the dishwasher by the previous installer. We will have him to perform a plumbing job scheduled for next month and would not hesitate to call him for every plumbing job hereafter. He is in Stanardsville, just outside of Charlottesville, and can do our work with just a few days lead-time.

 Mike was very courteous and professional. He came right in and looked at my sprayer for the kitchen sink. It got stuck when it was used and would not turn off easily.He had the sprayer apart and was out to his truck and back in a moment, bringing in a new sprayer head. He had it fixed in a flash, and went on to look at the toilet. My husband and had I tried to repair the toilet in my guest bath and it wouldn't stop leaking no matter what we tried. Mike said that the brand of our toilet was not manufactured anymore and we had what he called a "second" toilet. This means that the toilet had some defects when it left the factory. He replaced the defective parts, all the while explaining exactly what he was doing. He checked the toilet and the sprayer at least three times each before he left. I would highly recommend A+Plumbing to anyone. Not to mention his wife Tammy, she was great to talk to and reassured me that they would take care of our plumbing issues.

We could not get the filter off to replace it. He wanted to do the job and save me money, but I asked for the best solution. He reinforced the filter support on the basement wall and then put in a better system, one with a pressure relief valve. He made sure there were enough cut-off switches so that the system will not get air in it when we change the filter next time. Very very thorough, professional, pleasant and trustworthy.

Two words describe this experience "Professional Installation".  Making an appointment was easy. Spoke to a person and not an answering machine.  Appointment was made for 8:30 am and the cost was discussed and agreed to $110.00  Appointment was reconfirmed a couple of times, just to make sure.
On the day of installation, Mike showed up 15 minutes early.  He is a professional.  Well mannered, well groomed and wore an uniform.  I was impressed with him.  Mike knows what he is doing, has all the tools including rugs to lay on the floor.  The old dishwasher was taken out, the new one was installed.  All plumbing and electrical connections were checked three times. Not a drop of water or scrap left behind.  Mike took the old dishwasher and packing material for recycling. Total time was an hour plus a few minutes.
A-Plus Plumbing is highly recommended.  I will use their services again.  I support individuals like Mike and I hope you will too.

Mike has done work for us several times. He is very prompt, takes great pains to keep from leaving dirt or debris, and does excellent work. I find him to be a great resource. In fact I will be calling him this week to do a repair for us.

The job was quick, resolved and a reasonable price.  

.The problem with our toilet was not what I thought it was.  Mike figured it out quickly and it ended up costing me less. He even took a few minutes to look at a problem in our shower. He suggested I save the money and fix it myself. Mike even gave me a quick lesson on how to do it.Mike and his wife Tammy (aka answering service) are a great, professional team. Tammy gave me advice over the phone which helped control the leak and Mike took care of it quickly and professionally when he got here.I would recommend A+ Plumbing to anyone who wants a professional job done by a local man, doing the right thing! He fixed what was broken and I didn't brake the bank to pay for it! We need more service companies like A+ Plumbing!

A Plus Plumbing was awesome. He came to fix my dishwasher, and fixed some random stuff around the house. He did not charge me anything for the extra work he did. And he was very nice. I will use him again in the future.
