Thees Lawn Care

We've been using Thee's literally for years now. They're not only excellent at what they do, they're also incredibly personable and friendly. (Ms. Thee has even given us good gardening advice!) We have a full acre of land, and Mr. Thee has consistently shown every two weeks during the growing season without fail. He even mows very near my bee hives (despite having gotten tagged a number of times in the past. He's hard-core.)
Couldn't recommend them enough.

We live on a one acre lot and keep bees (three hives). We had called around trying to find quotes on having the lawn maintained (mowed, edges trimmed, sticks picked up, etc.) Without taking time off from work to be present for a quote, almost *no* company would tell me what the ballpark cost would be - and those are just the ones that answered the phone.

I found Thees in a Google search, buried back in the back pages after hours of searching. Even though they were unreviewed anywhere, I decided to give them a call.

The dispatcher answering the phone was incredibly friendly, and was able to give me a rough estimate immediately. I even mentioned the bees, and she assured me that wouldn't be a problem.

The guys showed up at precisely the scheduled time, and looked over what needed to be done. Due to the complexity of the property, the quote went up by $10 which is perfectly understandable and expected. (I would like the dozens of companies that refused my business to take note here. Some people don't have the time to work around a dozen and quot;quotesand quot; in person.) Even still, their final price was still well below the competition in the few cases where I was able to force a quote out of them.

Thinking this was one of those and quot;too good to be trueand quot; scenarios, I stayed home the first day they showed up. Surprisingly, despite having to mow a full acre, they opted to push mow the whole yard! For anyone that's seen the difference, a push-mowed yard just simply looks better than one mowed with a riding mower. They trimmed, and then used a leaf blower to clean up any debris, and the yard looked fantastic.

We've been using them regularly (every 2 weeks) for almost four months now and can't begin to describe how pleased we are with the service. They call the day before to verify that we still need their service, and show up promptly at the scheduled time to do the work. Their work ethic, professionalism, quality, and price truly make them a find. Not finding much information about them online, I don't know if they're a fairly new company, or primarily get business through word-of-mouth.

And while most may not find this valuable, the fact that they'll mow right up to the beehives still impresses me every time they do it. Even I would be wary about running a mower near my own bees. These guys are hard-core.
