I've used the chinny sweep for many years a very good company and fantastic service.

This company has provided inspection, repair, and sweep service at my residence since 2010. Their staff's professional courtesy cannot be topped, and I say the same about their chimney professionals who do the on-site work. Most importantly their work quality and reliability are consistently excellent, Their repair rates are reasonable and fair, whether for inspections or for repairs and improvements throughout the years. It's wonderful knowing that our fireplace and chimney are operating safely and efficiently. Their most recent service for me was an inspection on Aug 25, 2020.

All work was completed within a couple of hours after he came back three days later after the initial inspection. Very satisfied with work and professionalism.

Miscommunication with delay of appointment due to weather, but when rescheduled, they were punctual and professional

Great experience with them communicating about the appointment, confirmation, etc. My only disappointment was that it took two visits to get it done. They couldn't do the chimney inspection the first time; didn't have a tall enough ladder. During the actual inspection they were patient and professional when answering the questions I had. Took photo's of what they found during the chimney inspection to validate what they were telling me needed repaired. Able to make the repairs the same day. Wasn't cheap but less expensive than if I would've ignored their recommendations and waited to repair "later."

Excellent. Ryan the serviceman was very professional and patience with answering my questions. He was very knowledgeable about his services. I was real empress with the services I received. Ryan was on time, courtesan, and he cleaned up behind his self .

I first contacted the company for an inspection and cleaning. They were prompt and polite and informed me that the chimney was clean and operable but needed some repairs. The repairs were thoroughly discussed and recommendations provided. I scheduled a follow up and again, the service and instruction was great.

The service was timely, professional and the chimney sweep (Ryan) did an excellent job of explaining the repair required which he said did not have to be done immediately.  In order to prevent further damage I decided to go ahead with a repair to the hairline crack which he showed me in the backwall.
This company is always pleasant and professional and perform their work in a timely manner.
