Jeff and his team were very responsive to our needs. Even with a big storm (Florence) looming they were able to find time to visit the rental property and ensure the gutters were secured and in good shape. They also did some design work to the system and installed additional downspouts to ensure they were functioning as best as possible. Love their service and will depend upon them for future work.

This was a very minor gutter downspout repair on a rental property in Stafford and the attention he gave to it was commendable especially since the recent storms have created a lot of work for him and his firm. After he and I scheduled the work, his team showed up early and started work at 7:15 AM. By 3:15 PM the new roof was installed. The effort included removing the old shingles and insulation felt, checking for any breakage or rot, repairing such if found, new 15-lbs felt, new ice shield, flashing, drip edge, double pipe collars, ridge vents, and shingles (lifetime warranty). Rain gutters were cleaned and tightened to fascia, area around the house was cleaned, including a magnetic sweep, all debris was removed and hauled away. Workmanship is guaranteed for 10 years. The roof looks superb. The team was professional and polite. I can't imagine there is a better roofing company in the greater Stafford area than Stafford Roofing and Siding Company. Highly recommended!

The service man not only fixed the loose shingles, but secured a few more that he said would come loose in the future. He was very pleasant to talk to and appeared to do a great job. Shutter seems to be firmly attached.

Extremely well. I had replacement shingles on hand and the work was done during the inspection visit. Some other tie down and caulking as well to make sure the roof was in proper service condition. The employee, Sam, was very professional during the entire visit. Excellent service by a local contractor.

Jeff O'Connell / Stafford Roofing were recommended to us by a co-worker.  We initially contacted, consulted with, and received bids from 6 companies and selected Stafford Roofing.Overall, the estimating and activity prior to the start of re-roofing, the actual replacement of our home's roof, repairing roof integrity, as well as all other aspects of our project went exceptionally well.  We're absolutely thrilled with our new roof and for having had the opportunity to work with Jeff O'Connell, President of Stafford Roofing Company, Inc. The job took 3 days to complete - replacement of the main roof areas on day 1, replacement of the seven skylights, rotten porch roof decking and 1 roof rafter and overlay of an additional layer of roof sheathing prior to re-roofing the porch roof and 2 bay roofs and installation of an all metal roof over the breakfast nook bump out due to clearances associated with the side-by-side close placement of those 3 skylights - all on Day 2, and remaining cleanup, gutter cleaning and guards reset on day 3.  Jeff oversaw and personally supervised his crews during the first 2 days and Sam completed the remaining portions of job on the third day.  The facts that Jeff is a military veteran and Stafford Roofing is a US Veteran owned company speak volumes about the precision, professionalism, integrity and workmanship that arrived on our doorstep from beginning to end.  Words alone cannot express our satisfaction with the end result.  We're very glad we put our trust in Stafford Roofing and Jeff O'Connell.  We recommend without reservation that anyone considering a roofing project within the Fredericksburg to Northern VA areas to contact them for any roofing or siding need.
