+ -1 moreThere is always someone to answer your questions. We picked them because they were the only health and fitness center in the area that we could find. It is big enough and offers enough services. They even have a masseuse in there. Their equipment is good.
Description of Work: I go to Sport & Health. They offer a lot. They have weight, treadmills, jumbo, body combat, weight lifting body pump class, TRX and they do a boot camp class.

+ -1 moreI pay around $80-$99 a month for the family membership. They offer everything a gym should offer. A lot of time, it is a little too overcrowded for me. It is a good place to go, but it is just the crowd. I think they are open 24/7. I use automatic withdrawal, for the money.
Description of Work: I go to Sport & Health for fitness training. My most recent visit was in October. I go for Zumba classes and cycling classes.
