We are really happy with them. We like everything about them. They are fast and prompt. The do a thorough job in one day. Everything is top notch cleaning.

Communication was pretty good. When they first arrived, they could not clean due to household goods still in the house, so they came back one day later and cleaned all night. I would estimate the job was 80% done. There were some areas they cleaned well, but a few things were missed. For instance, the laundry room was missed altogether, and was filthy. We had to clean that ourselves. Some of the floors were still dirty as were most of the cabinets in the baths and kitchen. I needed a fully cleaned house for renters coming in, and when they said it would be two people working overnight to clean, I really had my doubts. In the end, it was not as clean as I had hoped, and was disappointing, but then I should have known that with the number of people working and in the overnight hours. If you had an aprtment and just needed it to be clean enough for a landlord, this would probablty have been fine. But if you really need it cleaned well, then I would go with someone else.

I called 3 companies from Angies List, this was the only one to return my call.  I set up an appointment for an estimate, the point of contact arrived on time.  I set a date for cleaning and the team was a few minutes early and set right to work, cleaning everything we discussed and for the price was discussed.  I would use them again.

Overall experience was very good. They missed some spots on the first pass, but it only took one phone call from me to get them out again to go over the spots. This provider does a quality job, they work hard to satisfy, they are punctual, and they take customer feedback very seriously. I (almost) feel guilty about dinging them (slightly) because of the missed spots. Most importantly, I would use them again without hesitation.

They did excellent work, and were very responsive. I requested that they break the work up between three visits, and they accommodated it very well.

Exceptional job. Two people, for three hours. They vacuumed, scrubbed pet spots and food stains, moved some furniture and covered the furniture legs. They were prompt (even during TS Hannah), professional, and pleasant. They are a local couple from Stafford, VA, and I enjoyed meeting them. I would definitely have them do future cleanings in my home/office.
