Mr Brundage provided all permits and drawings. Good quality pressure treated lumber used for framing and decking. Roofing and shingles were install properly and matched with the rest of the house. All electric work was done to my satisfaction including hanging 2 ceiling fans, outside night light, and outlets. Repaired rotted wood, painted exterior trim to match house. All work was approved by my Home Owners Association and pass all building coded inspections.
