It was great. Their Team was great and they finished on time. They were very professional and courteous. I had a great communication. I didn't like the fact that it was hard to get them a schedule.

I had nothing but excellent experience with them. They have done work for us for more than 10 years and we will continue hiring them, because we were pleased with the quality of their work.

They were one of the companies on Angie's list and they did an excellent job. They were really good. I was very satisfied with the work. I never had any contractors like them and I would only use them in the future. I would recommend them to my friends. The price was very fair.

Rotary did an amazing job of thinking outside the box. They removed brick from two doors and replaced the lintel to get them to a standard height for prehung doors. The third door was close to standard. All three required custom jamb extensions and sill work. The new storm door also required some creativity. When all was said and done it looks like they were never touched and cost 1/3 the price of custom doors. I highly recommend them for any services and especially complex or finish masonry and carpentry work.

I really recommend them. He had to be careful and mindful of esthetics and safety. He did it quickly. They are tremendously useful and delightful. They are terrific. We have paid them thousands of dollars in this house and another house we owned.

The bill I was presented with when the job was 80% done was 50% above the estimate. They claim they took longer than expected, although there were no major hurdles. The contract said they could go $800 over the estimate without consulting the customer; they went over by $2,800 without my approval. After much haggling, they reduced the bill to 25% over the estimate, and the job was not even finished.

It’s lovely and they did a great job! Compared to other kitchens it was done in my budget.

I highly recommend them. They give very clear, detailed estimates. They don't always tell you when they're coming so they can surprise you.
