 + -1 moreThe owner of Riverhill Remodeling, Clint Marsh, is an extraordinarily talented, detailed oriented and customer focused contractor. Clint and his crew arrived on time and if there was a change in schedule he communicated with me very effectively. The quality of work Clint and his team completed was exemplary. His attention to detail was superb and I am extremely pleased with everything he did. My experience with Clint was extraordinary. He listened carefully to my numerous requests and patiently explained every step of the process. If extra work was required during the project he stepped up and completed the job at no extra charge. In every respect he went above and beyond the what was needed to complete the job and exceed my very high expectations in every regard. I recommend Riverhill Remodeling and Clint without hesitation for any kind of work that needs to be done around the house whether interior or exterior, small jobs or major remodeling. Clint and his team will do an excellent job and, based on my experience, it would be difficult to find anyone who could offer a better experience at a fair price.
Description of Work: I was preparing my house for sale and there were numerous projects of various levels of difficulty (from minor touch ups to major remodeling) that I asked Riverhill Remodeling to complete. The work occurred over several months and the price listed above is a cumulative total. The service performed by Riverhill Remodeling included: * Repair and replacement of rotted wood on an exterior deck* Replacement of all my exterior locks* Exterior repair and replacement of my shutters, fascia and ridge vents* Kitchen remodel which included a new ceiling, lighting, installation of crown molding, kitchen cabinets, new built-in cabinet for my microwave (including electrical connection), removal of my garbage disposal and painting* Family room remodel including patching holes in the ceiling, removal of a ceiling fan, painting existing paneling which required extensive preparation and multiple coats of paint and removal and replacement of the carpet.
