Frank and his helper came to my home and completed the fall check of my 3 furnaces. When you have 3 units, spring and fall maintenance can become expensive. Frank came in lower than all of the big name competitors.
He also worked on my gas fireplace. I was concerned that my firplace was construction grade and that it was not fuel efficient. My largest complaint was that the fan was really loud making it impossible to watch TV quitely. I figured that I needed a whole new gas insert which could cost thousands. Frank opened the fireplace and found that I did have an efficient unit that had a battery back-up capability to turn the unit on during a power outage and all my fan needed was an adjustment to become whisper quiet. He cleaned the unit, showed me everything I needed to know about my unit, repainted the inside box and cleaned the glass screen.
Frank could have sold me a fireplace insert that day but he told me I didn't need one and saved me quite a bit. After seeing all the shows on TV showing Heating and AC people being dishonest, it was really nice to find someone I could trust.
Anytime I have a problem or need scheduled maintenance, I'll be calling on Frank.
