Even though he was on another job when I first called, he called me back at his first break told me he was tied up for a while on other jobs, suggested I call a couple other plumbers to see if someone could come out sooner and then called me back when he completed his other job and asked if I still needed a plumber.  I still needed a plumber for a split pipe so he came over, crawled under my house, found the broken pipe, cut out the broken section, replaced the broken section and tested the pipe.  His price was excellent and his attitude was outstanding.  I will be using his services again!

Tom answered his phone and told me he could get there within an hour. 30 minutes later he called to say he was running late. I couldn't believe he was that polite. Our total wait ended up being no more than 2 hours. He quickly assessed the problem, grab the materials and got right to work. He kept the area he worked in clean and didn't leave anything behind when he left.
Unfortunately we have another pipe leaking however our only call will be to Tom. He is now our go to plumber and we are recommending him every chance we get. His prices are fair and his work is great.

It went great. We have used Tom before on other projects. He installed the bathroom plumbing in the basement and did plumbing work in the bathroom upstairs. This project involved moving the faucet from under our deck, which was too hard to get to and put it on the side of the house. We are planning on having him come back and put another faucet on the other side of the house in the backyard. We left for dinner (we trust him) and when we came back an hour later the new faucet was installed and ready to go. What more could we ask for?

This was the secod time that we have used pipe works for our plumbing needs. The first time he came out and redid the plumbing for a leak that we had in the basement. Everything went well and he even did an extra job while he was here. When we had a problem with a leak, we called Tom and he came right out. Turns out it wasn't his work at all but the other provider. It was nice to see him be so responsive.
When it came time to do our upstairs bathroom and we needed the sink plumbing redone in a hurry ( the other provider didn't measure correctly) he came right out and did the work we needed. Bonus was that he charged $100 less than the other peoples estimate.

Well he showed us what he was going to be doing and did the demolition of the old plumbing and got the walls ready for a new shower, pedestal sink and toilet. After the bath was renovated he came back to install all of the finish pieces to complete our new bathroom.
He also gave us information on what was done wrong from the builder, and made everything meet current building codes. I had no idea there was so much planning that needed to be done before start a project like this. We sure were glad be chose him, his knowledge shows he knows what hes doing.
Sure was nice to know we have a new bath that will last for a long time to come.
