We called on a Friday morning at 9, and he was there by 1:30 as promised. He described to us the options to address our ant problem, and he walked around to point out the other pest concerns around the house. We settled on an option that addressed the biggest concern but also gave us the opportunity to call him back within the month to address any lingering issues. He was thorough in his work, and he described to us each step he was taking to take care of the problem. By that evening we saw the results of his work - no ants. And we didn't have to worry about the application harming our dogs. He did this work with a smile and easy going manner while being very professional. Yes, we will definitely use him again!

I have had this pest control guy for probably 9 years now, and he's taken care of my mom's home for probably 11 years now.
He is excellent!
He was trained by Orkin. And was frustrated because Orkin won't buy the best pest control substances. Orkin wants repeat business so they will use lesser quality products so people will keep coming back.
Because of this, Nakia started his own pest control company.
Until recently, I lived in a town house complex riddled with ants. Every neighbor gripes more and more about the ants in their house. None of them would do anything professional to get rid of the ants. If everyone in the townhouse complex would take care of the ants, the problem would clear up for all of us. Every year they don't do something, it's worse the next year.
However, for me, I would see about 2 ants per 3 months. It was never a big deal. Why? Because I had Nakia come every other month or every third month, to take care of the ants.
Nakia takes care of everything. ants, spiders, mice, rats, bed bugs (bed bugs take time if you let the problem get too big - but he can handle it if you are patient. He took care of bed bugs for us in 1 treatment because I caught it quickly. A friend of mine waited over 5 years to take care of it, and wasn't patient. Nakia treated 2 times for her, and her husband lost patience even though Nakia saw improvement. The next pest control company they hired couldn't deal with it and it got worse again. Nakia came back and in a few months it was cleared up.)

But he does an excellent job taking care of everything else.
He has become extremely busy now; his business is becoming bigger and bigger so he is starting to hire and train other guys to help him. I have met 1 or 2. If they aren't up to snuff, he lets them go, I guess. I think he has only 1 or 2 other guys working for him at the moment.
I recommend him to anyone who will listen. He is a fun guy, a nice guy. We always have some laughs and he takes amazingly good care of my home.
We just moved, and my husband thought we didn't need pest control here. I got bitten in our bed a few times by spiders. And I said, and quot;can we hire Nakia NOW?and quot; (Venom in my arm and all that....) And so now Nakia is treating our new home. I've had zero problems since we hired him back.

Nakia is wonderful. Friendly, smart, personable, funny. Above all, he is amazing for pest control. I have had 100% success with him. All my townhouse neighbors who refuse to get pest control have horrible ant problems. I have no problem.
