We have a 14 yr old heat pump original to our house. A few days ago, the A/C stopped cooling and the coils were frozen over. Jordan from P. B. Lovell ran diagnostics to determine that most of the coolant had leaked out of our system. He gave me a written estimate to refill the coolant that was the most reasonable price we had heard of for the area. At my request, he also priced out a new energy efficient system for us. Jordan happily answered all of my questions. He was very courteous and conscientious. My husband & I are in the process of making a decision on whether we want to keep the old unit or go with a new one. Either way, it was very pleasant to deal with P.B. Lowell and Jordan and we will be calling them again for our heating and cooling needs. Great company!
