This is actually the second time I have used this company. The owner I believe is also the technician but I cannot remember his name. The first time he came out, my A/C unit was low on Freon due to a leak and my unit in the house was a solid block of ice. I called this company on a Saturday and he came right over within a couple of hours. When he arrived and saw the ice he told me he wouldn?t be able to do anything until it thawed. He said he would stop back in an hour or so to check the status of the thawing ice. He ended up coming back to my house about 4 times that day before he was able to work on the unit due to the ice and never added additional charges to the bill. He fixed the problem and did not over charge me. The second time I used this company, my upstairs heating unit was broke. I called him on a Saturday and he was able to come out on the following Sunday to fix it. He didn?t charge me extra for responding on the weekend, I think only the standard $54.00 response fee (which was 3 times lower than other companies I called in the area). He fixed the heat pump and something else, all total $136.00. The owner/technician is very responsive and professional and the price is unbeatable; my dog even likes him. He operates the way a small company in a small town would operate. I would recommend this company to everyone.
