This company did an excellent job and produced some great results. They scheduled our job within a week of us contacting them (and that was a week before Thanksgiving!). They called before they arrived and arrived right on time. They explained the process to us since we had not used the Oxi Fresh product before. the tackled some ink stains in the office carpet and much to our surprise, they removed the stains. these ink stains had been there for a year...dark ink on light carpet.
They also do upholstery. We plan to have them back to tackle some furniture for us.
