The two young ladies were punctual , brought all of their own equipment and started their work with little conversation or delay. I was as home most of the day, but stayed out of their way. There was little conversation, they kept busy the entire time. I was surprised and pleased at their diligence. I offered them a soft drink and they responded that they would have it gladly at their break time. The evidence of their quality is the verdict of my wife who arrived the day after their service and she was very happy at the clean floors, baseboards and particularly the windows. The two young ladies were in our home about four hours.

Do not clean lamp shades. Did not clean bottom of entertainment unit.

Although the ladies did a good job cleaning, there was an incident where
they were significantly late without calling. In addition, after having
to hold service for a short period of time, when I called the office to
start up again, my calls were not returned. When I did finally reach a
live person, no attempt to return my calls were made after them
promising to call me back. Their claim was that they were very busy.
Hmmm. Maybe they should hire some help?

They did a wonderful job. They were very thorough and everthing just sparkled. The ladies were friendly, neat and courteous. They took their time and made sure that they got every little nook and corner. I would recommend them.

They come in once a month and clean and take the bin out. With a couple other companies they all seem pretty comparable and Merry Maids price was a little bit better. They always been reliable and we have been using them for 2 years now. The one time something was broken and they paid for the replacement and that is just one time and for 2 years nothing is broken. They do their job. I know the price was little bit better than the average.
