Everything wetn incredibly smoothly. There was an unplanned delay when the stucco paint supplier failed to deliver the paint on time. Frank immediately stepped in to fix the problem, handled all of the details, and got the supplier to send the paint themselves. The work done on repairing the stucco on the house was exceptional. The painter did a great job painting the stucco and all of the wood trim. The gutter replacement also went very well, and the crew came back twice to make adjustments on a gutter above our porch door. Old houses are notoriously difficult to work on, Frank and his crews did an exceptional job!

Mr. Lyons returned my call on the SAME DAY (I did mention Angie's List)! He arranged to come out and give an estimate. He called me because he was running 10 MINUTES late! Estimate was $65. Since it was a small job, he agreed to do it right then, and since it turned out to be easier than he thought, he dropped the price to $45.

HE WAS AN AMAZING PERSON. ESPECIALLY WITH HOW MUCH WORK HE GETS DONE IN ONE DAY. HE IS RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANS EVERYTHING. HE WAS ABLE TO FIND THINGS THAT WE COULDN'T FIND.
