LISA BERRY AND PILAR NEALIS

Pilar and Lisa were great.  They helped with suggesting a few financial people who were very helpful and then in pursuit of our new home.
We had issues with the broker and loan agent not communicating well with us, and the delays in closing were stressing us out.  Lisa and Pilar were excellent in finding the right answers and helping us thru the maze.  I am not sure we would have survived each crazy situation as it occurred if it had not been for them. 
We had a pre planned vacation (we thought the house would close before we left) and they stayed on top of all the details for us.
If you need realtors to help you with your future home, you must use Lisa and Pilar!!!

My husband and I had viewed houses via Zillow and made several attempts to contact the agent listed.  We either received no response or we were suddenly on their e-mail update (one would send every couple of hours with the same listings).  We saw an ad on Zillow for Pilar and Lisa unrelated to the houses, but thought we would take a try.  We received a response almost immediately.  My husband described what we were looking for, currently for a long term lease, and the type of property. 

Pilar and Lisa met my husband at a few homes, I was out of town on business.  My husband liked the houses and wanted to return so I could see them.  Pilar and Lisa were incredibly accommodating, they showed us one of the houses they had previously shown my husband, and another they thought would fit our request.   We fell in love with the house they had suggested. 

I was impressed that they were not the listing agent on either.  So they were not trying to off load their own properties, but truly trying to make a good fit for us.  The leasing agent on the property we wanted,  was incredibly unresponsive, and not helpful.  Lisa and Pilar however, went above and beyond to help us get the info we needed, apply for the property and get us details we requested.  Again, always promptly and friendly.   In all our previous dealings the leasing agent would do all the work once we were accepted.  However, this agent did not.  Lisa and Pilar never complained, they just took care of things, taking the extra steps to help us, even meeting us at the house for some measurements.  My husband and I hope that we will stay in Virginia, depending on the current job, and if we chose to buy, we will call Pilar and Lisa immediately.  These are two realtors who want their customers to be happy, and look to our needs and wants. They are incredibly pleasant, professional, and accommodating, again could not have asked for any more from them!!
