Karina Cleaning Services

They were prompt in returning my phone call. The price quote for cleaning my house every week was $300/$350.
I keep my house very clean and expect the same kind of service from my housekeepers. The most I have paid for my house cleaning is $90wk, so I found them to be expensive and we did not go any further.

Did a great job, the house looks better and better with each service. Will accommodate special requests. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Great the one time she came.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Karina! She does such a great job, and we love coming home to a clean house on the days she cleans. She is very thorough and busts her butt from the time she walks through the front door until the time she leaves. Our bathrooms sparkle and kitchen glistens after she's been there. I wish we could have her clean every week. My husband says she's worthy of a very nice Christmas gift. :)

Karina herself worked for me for three years. She works hard most of the time. I know she cares about her work, and about people I feel, but sadly in my case , it didn't end the way I can now respect. I am only reviewing today because I saw the person that seemed to experience the things that I did many times and as an Angies List member that relies wholeheartedly on these reviews, I hope my input will help others make an educated decision when hiring. Karinas Cleaning Service on this site seems to show she has a business with an assistant. Or a business in general. For the three plus years I used her, it was only Karina, an individual cleaning homes. The last year she worked for me especially, there were many many canceled dates, problems with babysitters, health issues, and other. I never got upset until this became habitual and I was given NO advance notice at all , she would call us the day of the cleaning with different reasons for her not being able to clean. I was very understanding because I care about her, she is likable and endearing, but In the end, I was told she was not supposed to clean anymore due to health issues. I believed this and supported her decision. After some time, I called to see how she was and she mentioned she was still cleaning.....so after discussing things, I gave her another chance and was glad to. However on the very day she was to clean, she called to tell me once again she had babysitter problems but was interviewing a new one that afternoon. But she couldn't come to clean. I told her I understood, again, and would give her two weeks to get things handled. We agreed on the next date for cleaning, I had been sick and didnt call to remind her believing that she would be responsible and show up as discussed. I was wrong. She didnt show up, didn't phone me, and didn't answer my calls to her. I left a message on her cell telling her how sad I was and I guess this was goodbye . I'm being totally honest here, AL members in case she feels a need to respond, this is how it was. I would say if you hire her, to perhaps get some form of commitment for your time if she has to cancel or not show up habitually. I always tried to make it right by her when I had to cancel such as give her another day the next week, add hours, even pay some of the time. I know people in this line of work rely on income so if I cancel, I do feel some regret. But for me, there was zero compensation -so that would be my advice. She is honest, but just know unreliable IMO.

Very poorly.

They arrived on time and professionally carried out their duties. I went behind them after the work was complete and was so happy with the outcome. The house is a rental and was very dirty, they made it look brand new again. I could not ask for any better. Will continue to use Karina at least twice a month.

I am completely satisfied Karina's work. We scheduled regular cleaning appointments before she left. I would definitely recommend Katrina Cleaning Services.

She was a very nice lady and tried to work with my schedule but I couldn't get her the day that I needed her. I am going to call her back because I was really impressed with her. She was friendly and willing to work with me. She was very outspoken in what she would do. She seemed like she offered a full schedule and it was exactly what I was looking for. She was more than willing to do what I wanted and it is hard to find someone who will come in monthly, most want to come weekly.

It's going great. Karina is so nice, pleasant, trustworthy, reliable, energetic and dedicated. Once every two weeks, she creates calm, cleanliness and sanity out of the chaos of my working mom-with-two-teenage-boys, three parrots and a dog household. The best part continues to be that we don't have to clean up and put stuff away before she comes. She just plunges into the mess without blinking an eye.
