J&J Upholstery and Drapery Fabric, Inc.

I am so grateful for the beautiful job that J&J did for our winery. We had 33 cushions reupholstered. They found the fabric that we wanted, which websites said were out of stock. The work was done efficiently and when there was a difference in cushions, which we didn't notice, they caught it and created a perfect fit. Thank you all for the wonderful work, we a very pleased!

We called And spoke with Judy May in early October, not realizing We were late to need for scheduling work to be complete for our Christmas party in early December. I think their normal process is to pick up the item when they are able to start and get it quickly back to you. She offerred to squeeze in the chairs if we were flexible enough to allow them to pick them up right away, realizing we would not have them for several weeks. This was not a problem for us. They picked them promptly as scheduled. In late November they called to tell us they were finished and arrange delivery, which occurred right as scheduled. Chairs look great and we could not be happier. We having them reupholster a loveseat soon, and definitely recommend this company. They have a strong customer orientation that is hard to find these days.

I was completely satisfied with their completed work. It was excellent work but you just need to understand it will take them an extended amount of time to complete the work.
