Deck and Porch Service
My worst experience with a contractor. Inexperienced foreman worked with a "helper" who showed up 50% of the time. A 5-7 day job took two months to complete & the results were unacceptable. The inexperienced workers were not supervised & had no idea about the building code or how to properly build a deck. Issues pointed out to the "manager" were glossed over. (Eg. 3 or 4 of the beveled floorboards were installed upside down and he said they were supposed to be like that.) The worst is that Insignia failed to get a permit or inspections, and the deck is not up to code. For four months, Insignia refuses remedy or even respond to calls, letters or emails.
