Honey Relax

I bought voucher for three cleaning services and I spent probably a totally two hours of time trying to phone them to arrange the services that I had pre purchased on Living Social.  I never got a hold of them.  They started putting a recording on their phone saying that if I was calling about a Living Social Voucher, then I cannot leave a message and I had to get on their website, send them a note, and arrange a service.  When I left that message through their website as dictated on the phone recording, after having spent already a couple of hours over the course of several months, they did not return my phone call, they did not call me to schedule, even though I am home day and night, I also gave them my cell phone number.  There was a complaint phone number on their website, so I phoned them and left a very nice message explaining that I had gone through all of that trying to get a hold of them.  I finally left another message well over a week ago through their website to try to schedule and was disappointed that I was not able to schedule a service.  A week later, I still did not hear from the complaint line either.  We are now five months after the purchase, it is going to expire in a month and a half, and I have three cleaning's coming.  According to Living Social, I can only get a refund within a week of the purchase that was back in January or if the company goes out of business and that is not the circumstance here.  Living Social finally sent me an email saying, they were sorry and they were crediting my account.  Only because they were on top of things I got my money back, not because Honey Relax did anything.  That was my request ever for refund through them so I am really glad that worked out.  Anybody is unresponsive, regardless of any bargain or deal, I wouldn't want in my home.  That showed a total lack of respect for me and it did take a couple of hours of my time.  What strikes me as ironic is that the purpose of that business is to save me time but it ended up taking more time trying to get a hold of them to get something done and never ended up having.
