Landscaping
Contractor plagued with personal and family issues. Not particularly efficient in his work. Talks a good game but lacking in knowing how to properly assess details. Overcharged for some materials, bought too much materials, left them with me instead of a credit and returning them. Now I have 28' of trim and no use for it. Sloppy and misdiagnosed the extent of probable damage from insects. Works cheap, but that's about what his time was worth. Paid in cash and still trying to get something in writing. MY MISTAKE in expecting more than a below average effort.
