They did a great job of coming out and explaining the process and scoping the project.  They were accommodating in scheduling time for us to look at the designs and colors.  The did a good job with the actual construction aspect.  After they were finished, we noticed a couple things that should have been caught before finishing.  They sent someone out to look at the issues right away and did not give us any trouble fixing the problem.  They were very professional and overall did a great job.

Great overall experience and final results. We made the trip down to their shop as they had recommended and could see right away that they run a very significant operation , unlike the many other more "casual" patio guys out there that essentially work out of truck with their photo pitch books in hand. I had been uneasy about some possible short cuts in a proposal from one of those road warriors and was eager to see what Greystone would recommend . It didn't take long for me to see that Greystone was most concerned about getting it done right , not getting it done fast and cheap . I dodged a bullet when I went with Greystone instead of the other guys. All of the things I had been told were completely "unnecessary" turned out to be standard operating procedure at Greystone. I can't say enough good things about how the whole process went for this project! Workers were clearly very experienced and focused, office staff was well organized and communication was terrific before , during and after the work was complete. They perfectly protected all of my grass by laying down plywood sheets and did a great clean up when it was all finished . They even power washed the end of my driveway and into the street where some of the residue remained from the raw materials that had been placed during the first part of construction . My project was probably at the very outer limits of their range , well over an hour drive up to Loudoun County Virginia, yet nobody had an attitude about that inconvenience ( I sort of expected they would) . We are truly appreciative that they were willing to go so far for a modest sized project . In my mail today was a letter from Greystone with a detailed set of instructions for future care and periodic maintenance, just another example of how well their business is run. Highly recommended !!
