So far so good....although we haven't yet broken ground. David has been my rep from GH Watts. Their price is very competitive, while building/designing a MUCH higher quality of home than others in their price range. I am building a super high efficient (rated) home and I cant wait to get started.
I have the plot of land already....and pre-lim site plan....and 90% of the home designed. They have taken over from here. They have assured me that I will be moving in before the end of the year.
