Ron was a professional throughout the process. We were interested in having windows replace and possibly replace a sliding glass door. Ron gave us an exceptional price for replacing the windows, and multiple price points for both windows and the sliding glass door. When the replacement windows came in, he was on time and quick to go about his work. Very satisfied with the end results; would highly recommend and would gladly do business with again.

He has always done great work, and we have not had any issues with him. Recently, I have not been able to get in touch with him. I call and get his voicemail, and have left messages, but he never calls me back. I even spoke to his wife once, and she said that she would have him call back, but he did not. He has done a lot of great work for us, and we are disappointed that suddenly we can't reach him. I am a little concerned that there are other issues going on with him.

The experience was very pleasant. Ron was professional, well-spoken, and obviously a master of his craft. Although I was referred to Ron through a family member, I solicited bids from competing firms and found that Ron's final price was competitive. I appreciate how Ron personally worked on the roof himself along with his support team ensuring that it is installed perfectly. I would strongly recommend French Home Improvements to anyone looking for a roof replacement.

Ron French showed up on time, assessed the work and made roof repairs within a few hours. He also fixed a few other things I pointed out including replacing light bulbs and reattaching shutters for a minimal charge. He cleaned up when work was done. Ron explained the condition of my roof pointing out the shingles were good for several more years. (This is after 2 contractors told me I need a full roof replacement for more than $10,000). I would certainly hire him again.
