With the exception of having to wait 10 days for an appointment, the staff arrived at the scheduled time and were very professional.  They were very considerate of the newly painted walls in their move from one room to another.  They disassembled the apparatus, moved it to its new location, conducted a thorough maintenance tune up, and re-assembled and tested the apparatus.  The technicians were polite and professional and did an excellent job.
