Executive Tree Service

Executive Tree Service (ETS) came to my home on 26 June 2008. Mr. Troy Zanko gave me an estimate after I explained in details that I would like my front yard tree pruned so that my grass can grow better. However, I mentioned to him that did I want my tree butchered, just thinned out. On the 28 July 2008, troy came to my home, I felt he understood my request since ETS had stated on the flyer that they had been in business for over 30 years. When I returned home and found my Cherry tree, completely butchered I was devastated and immediately called Troy and explained my total devastation and dissatisfaction with the service. He immediately raised his voice, and said, by the way I serviced your Cherry Tree and I think that it?s excellent work and I will return tomorrow to pick up the check. He was rude, disrespectful. Troy said the owner was Mr. Greg Heath and I asked if ETS had customer satisfaction guaranteed and warranty on their work. Greg said absolutely, yes. I explained how dissatisfied I was and asked what he can do for me. He said that he accompanied Troy Zanko when he came to pick up the check and he saw my tree and didn?t find anything wrong with it. I explained that was not what Troy and I agreed upon and he said he would figure something out on 2 July 2008 and he never called me back. Since then every time I called Greg he said needs to see the tree first. He completely forgot that he told me that he already seen the Cherry tree and I made numerous appointments to meet with him and he failed to appear and failed to call to say he could not make it on 4 Aug 08. I asked again about the warranty and he did not call me back. I even filed a report with BBB and ETS never responded to them. I paid for a service that was not met and was ignored and disrespected when I complained.
