"Good Morning Mr. [Member Name Removed], Here at Executive Improvements LLC, we take pride in being clear and transparent with our customers before, during, and after our projects. After reviewing your comments this morning, we understand the facts may have eluded you and we feel it necessary to uphold our transparency and clarity to the Angie's List community. Please find below a few comments regarding your recent review. 1. Our email records indicate a clear agreement and clear scope of work to be performed between Mrs. [Member Name Removed] and our company prior to the completion of the design services with no mention of a refund. After making our first, of three separate site visits to your home, our company provided a design estimate via email that was later accepted the following day. Your response to our professional design quote. (October 3rd, 2018 at 12:53pm). Quote, "Thanks for stopping by and for this information. All sounds good. Just to clarify, will the $2500 rate include 2D images for both bathroom projects?" We then promptly responded to Mrs. [Member Name Removed] and finalized a follow up meeting to review the floor plans and options. 2. It is important our community understands the complexity and scale of the design services requested. This project not only involved major reconstruction of the lower level, but also the [Member Information Removed] level of the home. Additionally, the requested designs consisted of the relocation of two full baths, one in which was to be moved to the opposite end of the second level. In connection with the relocation of the two bathrooms and redesign of the two levels, we accounted for load bearing and non-load bearing walls, the reconstruction/relocation of two bedrooms, closets, hallways, and a plethora of structural, plumbing, and electrical variables in conjunction. 3. Executive Improvements LLC went beyond the agreed upon 2D design commitment and provided detailed 3D designs at no additional cost. We provided the additional 3D design services as a curtsy understanding the project was much more involved. We provided 3D perspective overviews as well as multiple camera angles that aided in the decision-making process again at no additional cost. Payment was made concluding our design meeting without hesitation or question. In summation, Executive Improvements LLC has been involved in hundreds of projects such as these for over a decade and a half. We take pride in everything we do and believe in doing the right thing regardless of the outcome. In this case, we cannot help but to feel we have been given a flagrant and undeserved review when considering the facts. Our business practices are never in question and our integrity never waivers. This is proven even more throughout the projects we've had the pleasure of completing for our customers. After all, Mr. [Member Name Removed], you can attest to our quality of work.
